Ingredients:

Shake
  • 1 large scoop Sated Vanilla powder
  • 1 small scoop of Sated Keto Shake Oil
  • 3 tbsp pasteurized liquid whole eggs (not egg whites) OR 1 large egg*
  • 1 oz bourbon, or to taste, or substitute 1/2t vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
  • Optional: Truly Zero stevia drops to taste

Toppings (optional)

  • Sugar free whipped cream or heavy whipping cream
  • Freshly grated nutmeg

Instructions:
