  • Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Let the batter sit for 5 minutes.
  • Preheat a pan over medium-low heat. Make small circles (3 inches in diameter) and cover with a lid and cook until bubbles form on top. Flip, then cook for a couple of minutes on the other side.
    Repeat with the remaining batter.
